This 51 year old woman from Folsom, CA is 5’6 and 145 pounds. She had an implant exchange with a lift using Sientra 505 high profile silicone cohesive gel implants, placing them under the muscle. This patient had a previous peri-areolar mastopexy, aka crescent lift, or Benelli. This resulted in a widening of her areola, which was reduced when the lollipop style lift was preformed during this operation. These results are shown six months after surgery.
