Nurse Injectors

A former aesthetic sales representative, Michelle was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA, and has lived in the Sacramento area for over 25 years. Michelle moved to Northern California for nursing school where she attended California State University, Sacramento and received her Bachelor’s in Nursing 22 years ago. Michelle worked at Mercy San Juan Hospital on the Post-Surgical and Trauma Step Down Units. After a few years serving in the hospital, Michelle recognized her passion for educating, sales, and medicine and thus, shifted gears and went into pharmaceutical sales.

Once in sales, Michelle specialized in Diabetes and Cardiovascular care for over ten years. One day, a friend treated her to some BOTOX® Cosmetic and she was immediately hooked! She then got into aesthetic sales selling Dysport®, Restylane® and Sculptra®. This is where she first met Dr. Kaufman, his wife Kate, and their growing plastic surgery practice. She continued as a sales rep for several years in that capacity until she ultimately decided to come work as an Aesthetic Nurse Injector at The Natural Result / Center for Aesthetic Artistry. Michelle has been our lead nurse injector since 2013.

In her free time, Michelle enjoys attending her daughter’s sporting events, traveling, cooking, going to concerts, spending time with girlfriends, paddle boarding, wine tasting, hiking and pretty much anything outdoors Sacramento has to offer.

Juli attended California State University, Chico and graduated with a Bachelor’s in Nursing twenty-seven years ago. Seeking a heightened learning environment, Juli started her career in the Emergency Department at Rideout Hospital. After two years, Juli accepted an opportunity with Sutter Medical Center in their Cardiac Surgery ICU. A few years later, Juli and her husband moved their family to Folsom and ultimately, wanting a shorter commute, Juli took a position with Sutter Roseville in the Trauma Neuro ICU and on the Rapid Response Team. Juli, who is trained in critical care, has been in this role for over twenty-one years and continues to do so on a part time basis.

Juli joined The Natural Result / Center for Aesthetic Artistry over 15 years ago and has always referred to this as her “Disneyland job”. Having started in the operating room as one of our nurses, Juli was fascinated by the procedures and amazed by the beautiful results. In 2017, Juli was given the opportunity to express her own inner artist with aesthetics and she ran with it! Juli says the vibe of the practice- both patients and coworkers- makes every day feel like she’s not working. Our practice is truly her happy place with the reward of long-standing relationships with clients and the feeling of family with her coworkers.

Juli and her husband Keith have three children—Mason, Milan, and Ava. They made Folsom their home twenty years ago and have enjoyed immersing themselves in this community that they love.

Over the years, Juli has enjoyed playing tennis, Junior League membership, doing sprint triathlons, PTA involvement, attending kids sporting events, travel and most recently playing pickleball. Juli’s favorite destination is Moorea where she swam with Tiger Sharks and Rays.
