This 49 year old woman from El Dorado Hills, CA is 5’10 and 197 pounds. This patient previously underwent a Benelli, or circumareolar mastopexy which in Dr.Kaufman’s opinion is not a great operation, hence the reason she has exceptionally large areolas in her preoperative photo. She had a mommy makeover consisting of a tummy tuck and an implant exchange with a breast lift. Sientra 385 moderate plus silicone cohesive gel implants were used, placing them behind the muscle. These results are shown six months after surgery.
