This 47 year old woman from Sacramento, CA is 5’2 and 147 pounds. She had a mommy makeover consisting of a breast lift with an implant exchange, and a Ledgectomy. A ledgectomy is removal of skin from the lower abdomen, usually around a cesarean scar. In this procedure, some skin is removed, but the belly button is not recreated, nor is the muscle tightened.. Sientra 285 moderate plus silicone cohesive gel implants were used. These results are shown six months after surgery.
