This 25 year old woman from Sacramento, CA is 5’0 and 123 pounds. She had a breast augmentation using Sientra 385 high profile silicone cohesive gel implants. An incision in the breast crease was used. This patient had a tuberous breast deformity which is characterized by varying degrees of breast tissue herniation through the areola, narrow breast base width, and deficient inferior pole tissue. Her case is mild, but these cases are very challenging to create naturally shaped pretty breasts. These results are shown six months after surgery.
