This 34 year old woman is 5’4 and 140 pounds. She had an implant exchange with a capsulectomy and lift using an internal bra for support (strattice). Sientra 505 high profile silicone cohesive gel implants were used, keeping them behind the muscle. These results are shown six months after surgery.
