This 55 year old woman is 5’4 and 130 pounds. This patient’s procedure was unique. She had breast cancer and underwent right sided radiation in the distant past. Radiation is very challenging for wound healing so we took a different approach to her mastopexy which is why her incision pattern is transverse as opposed to vertical. These results are shown six months after surgery.
