This 33 year old woman from Auburn, CA is 5’6 and 158 pounds. She had a breast augmentation using Sientra silicone cohesive gel implants, placing them behind the muscle. 565 high profile was used on the left and 620 high profile was used on the right. This patient was unique in that she had pectus excavated, an inward curvature of the rib cage. The result is more medial implants and more noticeable cleavage. These results are shown six months after surgery.
