This 33 year old woman from Shingle Springs, CA is 5’4 and 118 pounds. She had a breast augmentation using Sientra silicone cohesive gel implants, placing them behind the muscle. 385 moderate plus was used on the left and 355 moderate plus was used on the right. An incision in the breast crease was used. We discussed the option of lifting the right, but the slight asymmetry did not bother her. These results are shown six months after surgery.
