This 35 year old woman from Roseville, CA is 5’2 and 118 pounds. She had an implant exchange using 415 High Profile Silicone Cohesive Gel Implants. An incision in the breast crease was used. The patient’s first implants placed elsewhere were bottomed out (inferiorly displaced) so we repositioned the bottom of the breast to create a more youthful, attractive breast. These results are shown 6 months after surgery.
