This 38 year old woman from Rocklin, CA is 5’6 and 140 pounds. She had an implant exchange with a breast lift removing her old implants and replacing them with Sientra 700 High Profile Silicone Cohesive Gel Implants. Given her petite frame, paucity of native tissue, and desire for full breast, we used an internal bra of Strattice which is porcine collagen to support her implants. These results are shown 6 months after surgery
