This 41 year old patient from El Dorado, CA is 5’8 and 162 pounds. She had an implant exchange replacing her ruptured saline implants with Sientra 505 moderate plus silicone cohesive gel implants. We used an internal bra of Strattice which is porcine collagen to support her implants.These results are shown six months after surgery.
