This 40 year old woman from Folsom, CA is 5’4 and 122 pounds. She had an implant exchange with a lift using Sientra 485 moderate plus silicone cohesive gel implants. This patient had a classic “waterfall” deformity where her initially placed implants were in the correct anatomic position, but the breast tissue fell down overtop the implants creating a very elongated breast. These results are shown six months after surgery.
