This 44 year old woman from Reno, NV is 5’7 and 117 pounds. She had an implant exchange replacing her McGhan 450cc saline implants with Sientra 525 moderate plus silicone cohesive gel implants placing them behind the muscle. An incision in the breast crease was used. The goal for this surgery was to slightly upsize, but also narrow the gap between the breasts.These results are shown six months after surgery.
