She had a breast lift and an implant exchange with a capsulectomy, swapping out her 15 year old saline implants for Sientra 385 high profile silicone cohesive gel implants. The implants were placed behind the muscle, and strattice (an internal bra) was used. These results are shown six months after surgery.
