This 47 year old woman is 5’0 and 138 pounds. This patient previously had surgery elsewhere which resulted in a severe double bubble deformity on her right breast. She had her implants exchanged with a breast lift using Strattice as an internal bra and Sientra silicone cohesive gel implants. 215 moderate plus was used on the left and 285 moderate plus was used on the right, and the implants were placed behind the muscle. These results are shown six months after surgery.
