This 75 year old woman from Fresno, CA is 5’6 and 122 pounds. This patient had multiple prior surgeries with significant issues leaving her breasts hard and distorted. She had an implant exchange with a breast lift, swapping out her 400cc Mentor silicone implants for Sientra 470 high profile silicone cohesive gel implants. An internal bra (durasorb) was used for extra support. On the left side, we did a free nipple graft to reposition the nipple areolar complex. These results are shown six months after surgery.
