This 55 year old woman from Lodi, CA is 5’5 and 179 pounds. She had an exceptionally large breasts with old submuscular implants. She wanted a meaningful reduction, but to maintain full breasts. She had an implant exchange with a breast reduction, and placement of an internal bra (Strattice). Strattice is an acellular dermal matrix that becomes integrated into your body and provides long term support to your breast. Sientra 435 Moderate Plus silicone cohesive gel implants were used. These results are shown six months after surgery.
