This 38 year old woman is 5’4 and 141 pounds. This patient previously had a circumareolar lift, also known as a Binelli lift, which often leads to this “before” outcome resulting in enlarged areolas and droopiness. She had an implant exchange with a breast lift using Sientra 565 high profile silicone cohesive gel implants, keeping them behind the muscle. These results are shown six months after surgery.
