This 28 year old woman is 5’5 and 153 pounds. She had a mommy makeover consisting of a ledgectomy and a breast augmentation using Sientra 440 high profile silicone cohesive gel implants, placing them behind the muscle. An incision in the breast crease was used. A ledgectomy is removal of skin from the lower abdomen, usually around a cesarean scar. In this procedure, some skin is removed, but the belly button is not recreated, nor is the muscle tightened. These results are shown six months after surgery.
