This 39 year old woman from Lincoln, CA is 5’8 and 142 pounds. She had an implant exchange using Sientra 440 high profile silicone cohesive gel implants. An incision is the breast crease was used. Please note that the cleavage is improved by using an implant with a wider base, but her breast “size” isn’t dramatically changed. These results are shown six months after surgery.
